Challenge: Uniform wall thickness around the elbow curve; long core deflection causing wall thickness variation at bend.

Solution: Supported core with center alignment pin, multi-point conformal cooling around elbow radius, and calibrated core deflection compensation.

Result: Wall thickness variance <5% at bend, elbow inner radius smooth, passed 16 bar hydrostatic pressure test.
