Challenge: Large part with Class-A visible texture surface; clip mounting features with tight positional tolerance for OEM assembly.

Solution: Photo-etched texture (MT-11010), side-action sliders for under-cut clips, mold flow simulation to eliminate weld lines on visible surfaces.

Result: Texture uniformity across full part, clip position ±0.2mm, passed OEM assembly line validation.
